I’ll act as a humble guide to help you step into your power and your purpose, pulling from the traditions of Shamanism, Zen, Somatic Psychotherapy, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, and more.
This may also be a great option for folks who have done a shamanic healing session and need a touchpoint to help them integrate new energies, perspectives, and/or soul pieces into their lives.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s a nice, soft entry point into energy work that can also be incredibly powerful and transformative.

An important note on:
Ayni or "sacred reciprocity"
An foundational concept in shamanism is what the Q’ero call “ayni” (pronounced "eye-knee"), translated to "sacred reciprocity." Being in ayni means living your life in a way where you are offering an equal energetic exchange in all things that you do - giving in the order of what you have received.
I believe that my offerings are in ayni - fairly compensating me for the time and energy I put into the work, while offering multiple tiers of support, knowing that different folks have different resources. That being said, I never want cost to be the factor that prevents an important connection. Death Work
Assisting in life's most sacred transition
In many indigenous cultures, shamans are there to provide support through all of life's most important transitions - the births; the rites of initiation into adulthood; and the final transition, into death.
I feel deeply called to death work - working with folks on both sides of the veil to help them find peace and release into Spirit. I have been trained in the sacred death rites of the Q'ero lineage, and have performed the ceremony for several friends and family members to ease in their passing. I also volunteer with hospice, performing shamanic healing sessions to reduce physical and mental suffering of the sick and dying and preparing them to pass on.
