This may also be a great option for folks who have done a shamanic healing session and need a touchpoint to help them integrate new energies, perspectives, and/or soul pieces into their lives.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s a nice, soft entry point into energy work that can also be incredibly powerful and transformative.

An important note on:
Ayni and financial accomodations
An foundational concept in shamanism is what the Q’ero call “ayni” (pronounced "eye-knee"), translated to "sacred reciprocity." Being in ayni means living your life in a way where you are offering an equal energetic exchange in all things that you do - giving in the order of what you have received.
I believe that my offerings are in ayni - fairly compensating me for the time and energy I put into the work, while offering multiple tiers of support, knowing that different folks have different resources. That being said, I never want cost to be the factor that prevents an important connection.
