Healing is a deeply personal, lifelong pursuit. These offerings are meant to guide you as you walk your own path.

Shamanic Healing Session
ILLUMINATION | EXTRACTION | SOUL RETRIEVAL
We will work together to identify the root cause of an issue you're facing and heal it where it lives - in your body and in your energy field. Once your field is clear, we'll go on a shamanic journey to retrieve any parts of you that may have broken off due to past trauma, help you connect to your guides, and welcome back your own vital life force.
$175 for 1 hour
Coaching & Integration Session
TALK-STYLE COACHING AND GUIDANCE
I’ll act as a humble guide to help you step into your power and your purpose, pulling from the traditions of Shamanism, Zen, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more. This is also great option for folks who have done a shamanic session and need a touchpoint to help them integrate new energies, perspectives, and/or soul pieces into their lives.
$130 for 1 hour
Shamanic Guiding
REGULAR SESSIONS THAT MIX COACHING & ENERGY WORK
Think of this as a combination of my healing and coaching offerings, for those who are looking for more regular support. The intention is to do whatever it takes to help you walk your own healing path.
We will begin each session with a conversation about what is going on for you in your world, and move into energy medicine practices as the need arises. We can meet in my office in Capitol Hill, over Zoom, or even out in nature, depending on what suits you for that given session.
For this offering I ask that you book a minimum of three sessions, so that we have some time to get to know each other and can deepen into the work together.
$150 per session | 3 session minimum

Through my most comprehensive 1-1 healing offering, you will receive:
Three (3) Shamanic Healing sessions to clear out any energy that is no longer serving you, welcome back lost soul parts, and connect you to your guides
Two (2) Coaching & Integration sessions to help guide you on your path and integrate lessons learned into everyday life.
That's a $785 value, offered at $650. While everyone is different, this is the package I recommend to many people - save some money by booking up front.

An important note on:
Ayni and financial accomodations
An foundational concept in shamanism is what the Q’ero call “ayni” (pronounced "eye-knee"), translated to "sacred reciprocity." Being in ayni means living your life in a way where you are offering an equal energetic exchange in all things that you do - giving in the order of what you have received.
I believe that my offerings are in ayni - fairly compensating me for the time and energy I put into the work, while offering multiple tiers of support, knowing that different folks have different resources. That being said, I never want cost to be the factor that prevents an important connection. Please schedule a Discovery Call with me if you're not able to afford my services at this time and would like to figure out an energy exchange that would feel good for both of us.
